Why Kim Kardashian Warned Kanye West About “Burning Bridges” in Unearthed Phone Call
Kris Jenner is keeping up with her daughter’s love lives.
However, it doesn’t always go as planned, according to Kim Kardashian, who detailed being set up on a blind date by her mom—without her knowledge.
“She told me to go to the restaurant The Ivy, and it was before we ever had Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” Kim, 44, said during a Sept. 24 interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “And it was like this TV executive, and she told me it was a job interview, and she told him it was a date.”
“I pull up and I’m talking about what I want to do,” the SKIMS founder continued. “I had a resume on me. I don’t think she thought I would be so prepared to bring a resume.”
Kim shared that it only took a couple minutes to realize what her mom had done and she had one thought.
“I realized what was up,” she quipped. “I put it in my purse, and I was like, ‘I’m gonna kill you.’”
