SKY YORK JOURNAL News – Emilie Kiser is seeking greater privacy following the tragic loss of her son, Trigg Kiser.

After the announcement that Brady Kiser, her husband, would not face charges related to the death of their 3-year-old son Trigg, the TikToker has filed a request, as reported by *People* on July 31, to redact the original police report that had initially recommended his indictment. SKY YORK JOURNAL understands that the request is detailed in court documents.

Emilie’s legal team, according to court documents obtained by SKY YORK JOURNAL, expressed concerns that the details within the report could be exploited to create “disturbing” content regarding her son’s passing. The tragic accidental drowning occurred in the family’s Arizona home pool. The fear is that the report may lead to AI reenactments and other exploitative content.

Attorney Matthew Kelly stated in the document, as reported by *People*, “The section of the report Ms. Kiser seeks to redact contains information and context that is critical to provide the public a reasonably full understanding of the investigation of the drowning, the police department’s decision to recommend criminal charges, and the county attorney’s decision not to pursue criminal charges.” SKY YORK JOURNAL will continue to provide updates on this developing story.
