It’s over for Mercedes “MJ” Javid and Tommy Feight.
The Shahs of Sunset star filed to divorce her husband after seven years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
Mercedes listed the date of separation as Oct. 17 and wants to block the court’s ability to award spousal support to her or Tommy, per the publication. The 53-year-old is also requesting sole legal and physical custody of her and Tommy’s son Shams, 6. A divorce hearing has been set for Dec. 18.
E! News has reached out to reps but have not heard back.
While the Bravo star has yet to speak out about the filing, the news of her divorce comes almost a month after she shared a cryptic message about change. Over a Sept. 30 Instagram video of MJ panning a camera around her home the caption read, “Prioritize your dreams, manifest your goals, change is beautiful, growth is necessary.”
