In both 2022 and 2024, Una Pizza Napoletana was ranked #1 pizzeria in the world by 50 Top Pizza, the world’s most respected international pizza ranking organization — often dubbed the “Michelin Guide of pizza.” This isn’t just fanfare. The ranking is based on anonymous visits and strict criteria: dough quality, ingredients, atmosphere, service, and consistency.
At the heart of it all is Anthony Mangieri, the man behind the oven — and the soul of the restaurant.
Anthony doesn’t just own the place. He is the place. He personally mixes the dough, shapes every pizza by hand, and bakes just three pizzas at a time in a wood-fired oven. The menu is intentionally minimal — flawless Neapolitan pies, house-made gelato and sorbet, and a small curated wine list featuring selections from Campania, Burgundy, and Champagne.
