Quinton Aaron is kicking off another point in his health journey.
The Blind Side star, who played NFL star Michael Oher in the 2009 biopic, shared that he’d achieved a major feat on his weight loss journey, revealing his significantly slimmer appearance.
“I am overwhelmed and blessed to announce that I have reached another cool Milestone in my life,” he wrote in a post on Instagram Oct. 12. “Today when weighing myself, I noticed that I reached the 200 pound marker. As in, from my heaviest weight of 575lbs until this morning 375lbs I’m down 200lbs. I know right, AMAZING!!!”
Alongside the message, Quinton, 41, highlighted his physical transformation by sharing a photo of himself on a red carpet in January 2012 side-by-side with a more recent snap, adding that he was still working towards his goal weight.
“I have 55 more pounds to go to reach my over all goal of 320lbs,” he continued. “I GOT THIS!!!”
