Selena Gomez‘s cousin Priscilla DeLeon wants fans to calm down.
After one user commented on Justin Bieber‘s Instagram post—shared Sept. 27, the same day as ex Selena’s wedding to Benny Blanco—Priscilla urged fans to keep him out of the conversation.
“She’s finally in a place where peace matters more than the past,” Priscilla, in a since-deleted message, replied after a fan wrote “she’s gone forever” on Justin’s page. “I just hope people stop dragging her name and let her live her life.”
Because that’s precisely what both Justin and Selena are doing. For his part, Justin—dad to 13-month-old Jack Blues Bieber with wife Hailey Bieber—shared a series of selfies wondering, “Thinking about shaving the beard.”
Meanwhile, the “Come & Get It” singer and the music producer are still marveling in their love song. For their big day, Selena—donning a white custom Ralph Lauren silk gown featuring a halterneck and lacey bodice—walked down the aisle alongside her grandfather in a fairytale ceremony.
