SKY YORK JOURNAL News – Kelly Clarkson has announced a postponement of her Las Vegas residency dates, citing a need to be with her family during a difficult time.
Kelly Clarkson is prioritizing her family during this challenging period.
The “Since U Been Gone” singer announced she would need to reschedule her remaining August Studio Session concerts at Las Vegas’ Colosseum at Caesars Palace. This decision comes as her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, the father of her children River Rose, 11, and Remington “Remy” Alexander, 8, is currently battling an undisclosed illness.
“Unfortunately, I need to postpone the remainder of the August Studio Session dates in Las Vegas,” Clarkson shared via Instagram on August 6. “While I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children’s father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them.”
Rescheduled Dates
While Clarkson has not provided specific dates for the rescheduled performances, Ticketmaster’s website indicates new dates in 2026. The SKY YORK JOURNAL will continue to report on developments as information becomes available.
“I am sincerely sorry to everyone who bought tickets to the shows,” Clarkson added, who began her residency in July, “and I so appreciate your grace, kindness and understanding.
