More details about Nicole Kidman’s breakup with Keith Urban have come to light.
While E! News confirmed Sept. 29 that the couple had broken up, the Big Little Lies star filed for divorce in Nashville Sept. 30 and listed their date of separation as “date of filing,” according to documents obtained by E! News.
Despite Nicole’s filing listing the official date of separation as Sept. 30, a permanent parenting plan was signed and notarized by both parties weeks before—by Keith on Aug. 29 and Nicole on Sept. 6—per the docs. At the time, the pair finalized their agreed upon parenting schedule, including that Nicole will be the primary residential parent for her and Keith’s daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. Though both parents are considered “joint custodians,” the document details that Nicole will have the girls for 306 days out of the year, while Keith will have them for 59 days.
Nicole and Keith also submitted a final child support order equalling $0 and requested that neither party be granted alimony or spousal support, per the docs.
